If you post an ad, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for its content and release A2Classifieds.com from any liability arising from your ad’s publication.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

  1. No offensive, foul, or inappropriate language. Attempts to bypass content filters may result in immediate ad removal.
  2. No racist, sexist, hateful, or otherwise offensive statements or attachments.
  3. No ads promoting illegal activities under local, state, or federal laws.
  4. No test ads, joke ads, or insincere listings.
  5. A2Classifieds.com has sole discretion to determine whether an ad violates these terms and to remove it accordingly.
  6. Users must be at least 18 years old to use A2Classifieds.com.
  7. Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale, trade, and purchase of goods or services.
  8. No advertisements for illegal goods, services, or activities.
  9. No ads related to weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
  10. Users may only post non-restricted items in the appropriate categories.
  11. Users agree to receive notifications and communications from A2Classifieds.com regarding their accounts and posted ads. Personal information will not be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  12. Any user found posting fraudulent or misleading ads will have their account removed immediately.
  13. Users are responsible for staying informed about these Terms & Conditions and must review them periodically.

Limitation of Liability

A2Classifieds.com makes every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee that all content will be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of this site.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds or credits are available for ads canceled within one hour of posting. Ads displayed for more than one hour will be considered fulfilled orders.
  • Ads removed for violating these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refund requests can be sent to admin@a2classifieds.com.

Indemnity Clause

By using A2Classifieds.com, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the site, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, your only recourse is to discontinue using the site.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
